Robby Gilbert

Pro-Staff member
Robby Gilbert, 33, was born and raised in Greene County, Pennsylvania. Robby began hunting at a young age with his father. He grew up chasing deer and small game in the southwestern corner of Pennsylvania and enjoys every hunt and every moment that he spends in the outdoors. He also loves the thrill of being one-on-one with wildlife and being able to spend quality time in the woods with good friends.
After high school, Robby, who serves as Outdoor Insights TV vice president, attended Waynesburg College where he met fellow Pro-Staffers Nate Cline, Rich Harr and Mike Scott. Robby graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice and shortly after graduation, Robby started his own construction company concentrating on new home construction.
Robby still resides in Greene County with his wife, Jennifer, and their 4-year-old daughter, Payton.
Robby has also operated a guide service for deer and turkeys. He's called in more than 150 longbeards. He loves to guide new hunters to the woods for turkeys and says that no matter how many birds he calls in, the last one is just as exciting as the first one.

Robby has had the opportunity to travel outside of his home state on a number of hunts. He has traveled to West Virginia, Ohio, Kansas and Maryland on successful deer hunts. He's tagged turkeys in Ohio and West Virginia. When he's not chasing the "big game", Robby is usually hunting with his German Shorthair, Patch. Robby has a new love in upland bird hunting and enjoys every moment of it.
